Y Soft is looking for a new Business Development Manager who should become the main point of contact for assigned sales channel partners (Vendors, Distributors and Resellers) in the territory of UK and Ireland. Other responsibilities include also establishing and building strong relationships with these partners with a focus on pre-sales, sales and post-sales support.   • Build a strong relationship with sales channel partners in UK + Ireland with a strong focus on pre-sales, sales and post-sales support
  • Responsible for meeting sales targets in the given territory, creating his / her own business plans for given partners in that territory
  • Initiate and lead partner meetings
  • Understand customers’ needs and propose technical solutions providing the required functionality
  • Use his / her existing network of contacts and search for new contacts to strengthen the Y Soft position in the given territory
  • Have an awareness of the partners’ business targets, mainly in the field of MPS and print management solutions
  • Deliver and prepare general product presentations, both for end customers and new partners to convince them to use Y Soft products
  • Cooperate and participate in partners’ presentations, road shows, events
  • Lead Y Soft software and hardware product training for partners’ sales persons and optimize sales approaches to potential customers
  • Actively cooperate with the Y Soft marketing team, Customer Support Services and other teams


  • Business and sales oriented individual with an IT background
  • Experience in the MFP, MPS or print management solution sector is required
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of the product
  • Fluency in English language, additional language skills are beneficial
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience in relevant region and industry
  • Willingness to travel within the region
  • Confidence in presenting and communicating with partners and customers
  • High level analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong relationship building capabilities
  • Active driver


  • Work office in Staines, regular business trips in the assigned territory and to the Y Soft headquarters in Brno, Czech Republic
