We are searching for an experienced HR Business Partner who will support employees in their personal development and career growth. On top of this, you will also help managers with people-related issues and performance management.

What you´ll do:

  • Identify gaps then propose and implement changes to positively influence the employee experience
  • Lead and participate in HR projects and activities including performance reviews and employee development
  • Pinpoint HR priorities and deliver people solutions aligned to business objectives
  • Translate business requirements into effective practices
  • Identify and develop talent within the organization
  • Drive competence and performance management process
  • Ensure employees are highly motivated, perform optimally and are evaluated fairly
  • Provide consultancy to stakeholders in all HR processes
  • Provide HR analysis and reporting based on business needs

About you:

  • You have a passion for employees and you love to work in a diverse environment
  • You are a listener, advisor and influencer
  • You’re a great communicator with strong soft skills with excellent spoken and written English
  • You are a people person who is able to cope well under pressure while maintaining a good sense of humor
  • You have acquired a strong business acumen, you know how to set up priorities and manage your time
  • You have good knowledge of the Czech labor code and are able to explain it and apply it in context
  • You are able to handle day-to-day issues independently
