The APAC Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, aligning, and coordinating the execution of key programs and partner marketing activities aligned to strategic growth areas, the partner marketing's strategy, and regional requirements. The mission has a focus on providing external partners and internal Sales teams with all necessary information and materials to make them successful. He/she brings knowledge of sales (both internal and external) and closely cooperates with the rest of the marketing team. This includes providing them information coming from Sales interaction with partners. Primary focus of the role is on activities in the APAC region; however, the activities and projects may relate to and cover other regions as well.  

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Business Partner: Act as a strategic marketing business partner to the APAC team, providing guidance and support to drive joint success.

  • Work closely with the APAC Frontline team to understand their goals and objectives and align marketing strategies to support and enhance their efforts.
  • Develop internal tools and external marketing content, including product collateral, presentations, case studies, and other materials to support the Frontline team in their interactions with partners and clients.
  • Ensure the Frontline team has the most up-to-date and accurate product information, collaborating with relevant departments to disseminate information effectively.
  • Proactively lead cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic partner priorities and collaborate with various internal teams and departments to achieve success in your mission.
  • Work with Frontline Operations team and the Go-to-market team in pricing, packaging, positioning – have “ready to be used” templates so that whole organisation follows the same structure.

Develop Partner Marketing Plans: Create comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the APAC market, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and sales targets.

  • Build relationships with sales leadership, align on priorities, and build and implement partners marketing plan that ties into pipeline, strategy and within budgetary guidelines and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Frontline team to leverage customer install base data for effective upsell and renewal strategies.
  • Work closely with Frontline and partners to provide necessary resources and support to maximize program effectiveness.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of partner’ marketing initiatives, measuring their impact on sales and overall ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.

Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the main point of contact for all marketing-related matters. 

  • Understand our partners and customers, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make.
  • Develop and manage partner relationships with our strategic partners to build and execute joint marketing plans and communications (events, webinars, digital campaigns, contents) aligning with our strategic priorities and sales objectives.
  • Contribute to external communications for strategic partners and resellers.
  • Develop and communicate the company's value proposition to channel partners and clients, ensuring a clear and compelling message that resonates with the APAC market.

Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback loop to HQ regarding changes needed in messaging or product, based on insights gathered from the APAC market.

  • Within the marketing team (and beyond) you act as the voice of the Frontline teams, our partners, and the requirements of the APAC market. Make sure all relevant information is channelled to the rest of the marketing team to enable effective decision-making and contribute to the growth. 
  • Maintain relationship with the rest of the marketing team (Partner Marketing, Go-to-Market, Growth Marketing, Marcom) to help shape the structure of our marketing collaterals and other content on partner portal(s) in terms of target audience and value proposition.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the APAC region to inform marketing strategies and ensure a competitive edge
