We are looking for a new colleague and proactive team member to ensure the Solution Consultant´s activities within our cross-functional team covering the France-Benelux region. Please note that this role involves working from your home-office as the base from where you’ll visit partners and end-customers in close cooperation with the other team members. This role requires a Dutch speaker who ideally is based in The Netherlands. 


  • Engage in demonstrations, trials, evaluations, proof of concepts and pilots for the products and services in our solution portfolio.  
  • Perform technical consultations and provide pre-sales support through regular contact with business partners and customers. 
  • Manage the end-to-end proof of concept process with our partners and end-customers. 
  • Coordinate collaboration internally with the team and externally with partners and prospects on all areas of the technical solutions and services. 
  • Be a first point of contact for partners for technical aspects of our product and services portfolio. 
  • Support the sales team in pre-sales and sales activities with a technical-commercial view on business. 
  • Participate in troubleshooting, define acceptance criteria and enhance the documentation related to our products and services. 
  • Translate your experience with customer environments into product improvements through consultations with our various R&D and product management teams. 
  • Participate in consultations with internal departments (R&D, post-sales support, sales, partner education, etc.). 
  • Provide pre-sales training on the solutions and services to our business partners. 
  • Suggest changes and improvements to internal processes to continuously improve the way of working within the team.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience with (technical) solution pre-sales, solution and architecture design for on-premise, hybrid and cloud solutions.  
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in integrating with cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure,  Microsoft 365, AWS, Google Workspace, security frameworks and principles like Zero Trust Networking. 
  • Ability to translate real world business problems into high level technical solutions and vice versa. 
  • Actively and continuously keep your knowledge up to speed through (self-paced) learning. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.  
  • Fluent Dutch language skills (written and spoken), excellent English, knowledge of French language welcomed. 
  • Autonomous and self-managed with a strong team spirit. 
  • Business oriented with an IT background. 
  • Willingness to travel, even abroad if needed. 
  • Driving license – active driver. 
  • Experience in working within the digital transformation, print management, document capture and/or document workflow areas is welcomed.
